**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Shipping & Delivery**
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days to most regions, depending on your location and carrier service.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, unexpected delays with the courier service, or local postal disruptions.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

**Shipping Restrictions**

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
